YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You’re a people person! Using the AEO Selling Model and a “friends first” mentality, you engage with every customer to assist them in finding precisely what they’re looking for. What is AEO’s sales model? We will teach you everything that you need to know!
• You’re passionate about AE and Aerie merchandise! You are eager to give product recommendations that meet the demands of the guests who come to you for product information.
• You are a fan of the brand! You’re eager to introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• You can hang out! Your skill set shines regardless of the zone, and you can simply switch between the sales floor, cash and wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• You’re an innovative problem solver! Your main goal is to make your guests’ day, and you can do that by being proactive about their problems while still following business rules.
• You work well with others—teamwork! You are always willing to help your team accomplish its goals.

• The actual beginning salary is contingent on a number of criteria, including applicable experience and location.
