Our GCC team is searching for an experienced Call Center Manager. You will be responsible for training, teaching, and managing Call Center Agents as a Call Center Sales Manager. Via outbound dialing and CRM management, the sales reps’ objective is to produce sales of SaaS products to small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States.

Responsibilities for Call Center Manager Jobs in Canada 2023:
Communicate daily Sales goals to the Director of Operations.
Training and continuing mentoring of contact center sales agents
Assessing representatives and completing coaching reports
When required throughout training, producing sales as part of the demonstration
Driving sales results and evaluating hourly representative performance.
As required, complete sales compliance checklists.
Scheduling shifts and reporting to the director, obtaining shift confirmations, and managing shifts in accordance with target metrics.
Guaranteeing coverage 24/7
Strategize based on KPI, define areas of potential, and plan to improve results accordingly.

Requirements for Call Center Manager Jobs in Canada 2023:
Full-time availability is mandatory
Must labor overnight to comply with the United States time zone
Only individuals with sales expertise in a call center will be evaluated.
Familiarity with the American market is advantageous.
Must be proficient in English in speaking, reading, and writing. Must be a Bahraini national or an ex-pat holding a transferable visa.
Compensation:
- 1000 BHD per month base salary plus monthly performance-based bonuses.
- Monthly projected earnings with incentives are 2,900 BHD
Work Schedule
This occupation has the following schedule:
- Monday through Friday nights
- 40+ hours/week
