Our award-winning Newcastle office is our Client Operations Center of Excellence, handling about 11,000 customer calls, webchats, and emails daily. And we cannot wait to have you join us!

You’ll have flexible hours and hybrid work choices (there are no Sunday or late-evening shifts). Monday through Friday shifts will be between 8 a.m. and 7:15 p.m., while alternate Saturday shifts will be between 9 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.

You will operate in a fast-paced workplace, answering incoming calls from new and existing clients with questions about our goods and services. Once you have completed your training, you will handle a range of calls, including general inquiries about an existing policy, new inquiries from people looking to join, and customer membership renewal discussions. Regardless of the nature of the contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all of our clients receive first-rate customer support.
