Using state-of-the-art technology in our monitoring center, our team responds to alarm activations, immediately contacting customers and providing necessary assistance including confirming false alarms and dispatching first responders in true emergencies. By doing so, it protects lives and property in countless communities. As an essential member of our team, you will also provide excellent customer service over the phone to ensure the satisfactory resolution of any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the alarm system.
