ALL ABOUT FOOD & BEVERAGE

The Food & Beverage team facilitates a consistent guest experience by ensuring that products are fresh, in stock, readily available, and appropriately priced and labeled on the sales floor. They are operations, process, and efficiency specialists. This group is in charge of making sure that all of the food and drink sections of the store are stocked, that the inventory is correct, that the food is safe, that it looks good, that the prices are right, and that promotional signs are put up.

Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience creating a customer-centric culture in the food and beverage industry
ability to give guests information regarding when and how much to purchase products, as well as storage recommendations
experience in food and beverage industry fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, quality and freshness management, guest shopping behaviors, and pricing and promotional tactics.
familiarity with food seasonality, freshness, and quality, food safety regulations and procedures, and merchandising.

• Resolve on-the-spot guest inquiries with attention to detail and multistep procedures.

• Handle cash register tasks with precision.
• Climb and descend ladders
• Scan, handle, and transfer merchandise securely and efficiently, including often lifting or moving items weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Required are a flexible work schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays) and frequent attendance.
