In Bendigo, we are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our Private Health Insurance Branch. As a member of our branch team, you will provide our members with an exceptional customer experience regarding their health insurance products and services. You will complete a variety of tasks pertaining to our members’ accounts, such as processing claims, payments, membership changes, and follow-ups, as well as promoting our assortment of health services, such as vision, dental, and wellness reward programs. You will also assist with our inbound and outbound member campaigns, which are designed to ensure that our members maximize their insurance coverage.

The Head of Communications is responsible for leading and implementing GMHBA’s communications strategy, which includes internal communications, external communications, and community engagement, in order to protect and build brand reputation and fulfill GMHBA’s mission.
Training Lead – Private Health Insurance Operations
The Training Lead is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing the development lifecycle of Customer Service Agents (CSA) across GMHBA + Frank brands within Private Health Insurance (PHI) Operations in terms of Induction Training Programs, Learning & Development initiatives, and support. The Training Lead is responsible for monitoring and enhancing the skill levels of the PHI Operations team in relation to the Member Experience we wish to achieve. This position is accountable for the design and implementation of training frameworks and programs for the PHI Operations business unit.
