  • You study and respond to the needs and opportunities of customers, ensuring that their requirements align with R&D, production, and process capacity.
  • You comprehend your clients. You create and implement strategic account plans. You develop and defend business cases before management.
  • You negotiate rates, SLAs, and contracts.
  • You serve as a project manager for the deployment of (new) customer products at Aminolabs, working alongside product management, R&D, packaging, procurement, finance, planning, and customer service.
  • You facilitate the S&OP process between the planning departments of Aminolabs and customers.
  • You manage the customer’s expectations in terms of quality, feasibility, and timescales and make every effort to exceed their expectations.
  • You are familiar with fast-moving consumer goods, understand the market and the trends of your customers, and collaborate closely to define and develop new items.
  • You report to the Commercial Director as a member of the international sales team.

Your profile:

  • You possess a master’s degree in bioengineering, biomedical sciences, physiotherapy, food technology, sports, or pharmacy, or an equivalent degree based on experience.
  • You have a minimum of five years of experience in sales and account management, preferably within a B2B or FMCG environment. Expertise in sports nutrition and health supplements is a bonus.
  • You have a cheerful outlook, a talent for business, and a personal inclination for a healthy lifestyle.
  • You serve as a business consultant and possess exceptional negotiating and selling skills.
  • You are bilingual in English and Dutch. The ability to speak French or additional languages is an advantage.
  • You are open to travel.
