- Manage the quality of the design process and make sure that translated designs show the design specifications correctly.
- During planning discussions, estimate design ticket costs with precision.
- Participate in sketching sessions with non-designers.
- Develop, change, and maintain UI deliverables like sketch files, style guides, high-fidelity prototypes, micro interaction requirements, and pattern libraries.
- Ensure design decisions are data-driven by identifying assumptions to test throughout each sprint and planning moderated usability test sessions with your team’s analysts.
- Build pixel-perfect, responsive UIs and recognise that adopting standard interface patterns is preferable for user experience (UX) than reinventing the wheel.
- At Show & Tell sessions, share your work with the rest of the company.
