Duties

receives and confirms room reservations via letter, phone, email, or in person. registers and assigns rooms to guests creates and distributes room keys, and, if necessary, escorts guests to their rooms. ensures that only permitted residents may occupy government-sponsored housing. calculates charges, adds them to customers’ accounts, and checks that the totals match the control records. accepts payment, makes changes and provides checkout statements to departing visitors.
