Restaurant General Manager Jobs in Dubai 2023: We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager who will be responsible for the establishment’s overall operations and the delivery of a consistent and great customer experience. As the general manager of the restaurant, you will collaborate with world-class chefs and their employees to provide a world-class dining experience. You will be responsible for communicating with the front- and back-of-house workers, ensuring exceptional customer service, and increasing the restaurant’s profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management, remarkable communication and leadership skills, and a strong desire to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Employ, train, and manage a team of waitstaff, chefs, and kitchen staff.
• Ensure that all food and beverage products are of the highest quality and suit the needs of the consumer.
• Establish and implement operational rules and procedures to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• To reach financial objectives, it is necessary to monitor and control inventory levels, food expenses, and labor costs.
• Create and implement a marketing strategy to increase revenue and brand recognition.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety requirements and keep the restaurant clean and organized.
• Address customer concerns and resolve problems promptly and professionally.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5* hotel or resort, as well as prior experience in a Michelin-starred or fine-dining restaurant. Has a wealth of experience managing busy restaurant operations and interacting with a diverse range of customers.Fluency in additional major languages
• Ability to work in a multicultural and demanding work environment, leading, supervising, and motivating staff in all aspects of service with care and attention to the highest professional standards and established standard operating procedures.
• The ideal candidate will be high-energy and have a positive outlook on establishing working partnerships and conquering difficult obstacles.  They will be goal-oriented, able to modify and adapt, and have the confidence to motivate their team to strive toward common objectives.
• A strong sense of leadership and an outstanding motivator with the expertise and understanding to comprehend the combination of detail, quality, and volume, as well as the ability to delegate and set clearly defined goals, It is necessary to have a solid grasp of money and the ability to work within policies, processes, and systems.
