BRAND EXPERIENCE
Brand ambassador: acts as a representative for the brand while adhering to the company’s principles.
Customer engagement occurs when the retailer initiates a conversation, offers advice, and shares product knowledge to communicate with the customer in a personalized manner.
Uses technology to stay up to date on company objectives and promotions in-store and online; creates a seamless, omnichannel shopping experience by employing the tools at their disposal to serve the consumer (i.e., MPOS, POS, in-store, and curbside pickup).
TEAMWORK + COMMUNICATION
Contributes to the store by being cheerful, friendly, and helpful to others.
Team player: interacts with peers and leadership to share ideas and support the needs of the team.

VISUAL + BUSINESS OPERATIONS

Product Flow: aids in the shipment process by increasing product awareness, including what’s new and what’s on the shelves; aids in the completion of omnichannel order fulfillment operations.
Compliance with the store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, and product loss reduction, as well as adherence to all company regulations and processes to ensure the store’s profitability.
