Benevolent Fund Scholarships in Punjab 2023: The Provincial Benevolent Fund Board gives educational scholarships from the benevolent fund to the children of Punjab government workers who are still working, retired, dead, or disabled.

The Punjab Government will only accept applications from two children of active or retired government workers who have passed their matriculation or higher test with at least 60% and are now in the next grade.But if the student goes to a qualified special education school, the maximum number of applicants goes up to three.

The number of children applying for the education scholarship for 2023 on behalf of a disabled or deceased government retiree is also three. Children of deceased government personnel are eligible to enrol in kindergarten through high school. If both parents work for the Punjab Government, all of their children may apply for Educational Scholarships 2023, but each must complete a separate application form. The amount is listed below for children of both gazetted and non-gazetted government employees.

Gazetted(BPS 16 To 22)

• Primary To Secondary (Scholarship Rs 10,000)
• FA/BA or equivalent (Scholarship Rs. 28,000)
• M.A. and equivalent/BDS/MBBS/B.Sc (Eng)/DVM/B.Sc (Hon)/Agriculture/B. Pharmacy/M.Phil/Ph.D etc. (Scholarship Rs 32,000)

Non-Gazetted (BPS 1 To 15)

• Primary to Secondary (Scholarship Rs. 1500)
• FA/BA or equivalent (scholarship of Rs. 6,000)
• M.A. or equivalent/BDS/MBBS/B.Sc (Eng)/DVM/B.Sc (Hon)/Agriculture/B. Pharmacy/M.Phil/Ph.D or equivalent (Scholarship Rs 8,000) 

How to submit the application?

(1) Employees of the government of Punjab are required to submit applications for their children on the stipulated application form to the appropriate office via the department head after having the application validated by the head of the educational institution.

(2) Application forms may be received at the headquarters of the Punjab Benevolent Fund at the Alfalah Building in Lahore, from the concerned Deputy Commissioner or chairperson of the district benevolent fund board, or via the official website at www.bfms.punjab.gov.pk.

(3) The most recent application form for 2023 will soon be available online.

The application must be accompanied by authenticated photocopies of the following documents:

• A copy of the student’s CNIC or B-Form
• A certified copy of the CNIC of the student’s parents or guardian
• A photocopy of December 2022 or January 2023 computerised pay stubs for active government personnel (male or female) that has been attested.
• In the case of a retired applicant, a copy of the pension book or pension payment order (PPO) must be attached to the application form along with the affiliation letter or registration number for the academic year 2022-2023 of the student institute with the board or university (in the case of a private institute).
• Copy of the 2022 result card (with minimum 60% marks) provided by the board or university The internet-downloaded result card will not be admissible.

درخواست دینے کی اہلیت

حکومت پنجاب کے حاضر سروس اور ریٹائرڈ سرکاری ملازمین کے صرف دو بچے درخواست دے سکتے ہیں جنہوں نے میٹرک یا بالا کلاس کا امتحان کم از کم 60٪ نمبرز حاصل کر کے پاس کیا ہو اور اگلی کلاس میں داخلہ لے کر پڑھ رہے ہوں۔

تاہم اگر کوئی بچہ کسی منظور شدہ خصوصی تعلیم کے ادارہ میں زیر تعلیم ہویا فوت شدہ یا معذوری کی بنیاد پرریٹائرڈ سرکاری ملازمین کے تعلیمی وظیفہ کے لیے درخواست دینے والے بچوں کی تعداد 3 ہے

فوت شدہ سرکاری ملازمین کے بچے پرائمری تا میٹرک کلاسوں کے لیے بھی درخواست دینے کے اہل ہیں

والدین (میاں/بیوی) اگر دونوں حکومت پنجاب کے ملازم ہوں تو اپنے ہر ایک بچے کے لیے علیحدہ علیحدہ وظیفہ کی درخواست دے سکتے ہیں

درخواست دینے کا طریقہ کار

حکومت پنجاب کے تمام ملازمین اپنے بچوں کی درخواستیں ، مجوزہ درخواست فارم پر تعلیمی ادارے کے سربراہ سے تصدیق کروا کے محکمہ کے سربراہ کے توسط  سے منرجہ ذیل دفاتر میں جمع کروائیں گے

تمام گزئیڈ ملازمین(گریڈ 16 تا 22)اور نان گزٹیڈ سیکرٹریٹ ملازمین (گریڈ 1 تا 15)اپنے بچوں کی درخواستیں صوبائی بہبود فنڈ بورڈ الفلاح بلڈنگ شاہراہ قائد اعظم لاہور میں جمع کروائیں گے

تمام نان گزئیڈ ملازمین(گریڈ 1 تا 15)علاوہ سیکرٹریٹ ملازمین اپنے بچوں کی درخواستیں متعلقہ ضلع کے ڈپٹی کمشنر/چیئرمین ضلعی بہبود فنڈ بورڈ کے دفتر میں جمع کروائیں گے

درخواست فارم کے ساتھ طالب علم/طالبہ کے شناختی کارڈ یا بے فارم کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپی، والد اور والدہ یا سرپرست/گارڈین کے شناختی کارڈ کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپی، حاضر سروس سرکاری ملازم/ملازمہ کی دسمبر 2022یا جنوری 2023کی کمپیوٹرائزڈ پے سلپ کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپی۔ریٹائرڈ ملازمین اپنی پنشن بک کی تصدیق شدہ فوٹو کاپی منسلک کریں گے۔

بورڈ یا یونیورسٹی کی جانب سے جاری کردہ رزلٹ کارڈ2022کی کاپی جو کم از کم 60 فیصد نمبریا ان کے مساوی نمبروں کا ثبوت ہوساتھ منسلک کریں۔انٹرنیٹ سے حاصل کردہ رزلٹ کارڈ قابل قبول نہیں ہو گا۔

جن درخواستوں کے ہمراہ مطلوبہ تعلیمی سرٹیفیکیٹ/درج بالا کاغذات کی مصدقہ نقول اور تعلیمی ادارے کے سربراہ اور سرکاری محکمہ کے سربراہ کی تصدیق نہ ہو گی تو نا مکمل تصور کی جائیں گی اور اس بنا پر مسترد تصور ہوں گی۔

پرانے درخواست فارم پرجمع کروائی گئی درخواست کو مسترد کر دیا جائے گا۔لہذہ نئے درخواست فارم پر ہی درخواست قابل قبول ہو گی۔
