The Canadian Medical Colleges Scholarships 2023 are now accepting applications from both Canadian and international candidates. A significant number of Canadian Medical School Scholarships are now available to all students. List of Canadian Medical Colleges Scholarships 2023

 Northern Ontario School of Medicine Scholarships

First on our list is the illustrious Northern Ontario School of Medicine, which offers valuable scholarship programs to students pursuing medical degrees, residency programs, and electives in the medical, human, or clinical sciences. The following scholarships are open to applicants: Academic Leader Award, Learner Scholarly Activity Award, AAMC Award for Excellence in Medical Education, and others.

Applicants must also submit their CAFs in French. The Northern Ontario School of Medicine does not, however, require TOEFL scores.

Max Rady Medical College Scholarships:

The Max Rady College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba offers undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate medical education, physician assistant studies, and much more. The Rusty Ames Therapy Dog Award, the Sigga Christianson Houston Travel Award, the Alan Klass Memorial Program for Health Equity, the Fairgrieve McBane Award, and PGME-administered awards are just a few of the scholarship programs available to international and local students who are prepared to study at this institution.

To be eligible for the Max Rady College of Medicine Scholarships, applicants must submit IAEP, IELTS, CAEL, TOEFL, C1, C2, CanTest, and PTE scores.

Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine Scholarships

Dalhousie University is well-known in Canada for its extensive selection of degree programs in numerous disciplines. Similarly, those who wish to serve humanity may enroll in its faculty of medicine, which offers scholarships to those pursuing MD programs, residency training, MSc and Ph.D. degrees in clinical training, medical education research, clinical experience, etc.

The CSM Scholarships, the Medicine Scholarship Program, the Cumming School of Medicine MD Programs, the MD Program Elective Awards, and many others are available to interested applicants. The Cumming School of Medicine’s language requirements is IELTS, TOEFL, MELAB, CAEL, CLBA, DET, and ESL scores.

Schulich School of Medicine Scholarships

The highly regarded Western University in Canada has established the prestigious Schulich School of Medicine, which offers scholarships to students seeking admission to their undergraduate and graduate Neuroscience, Anatomy, Microbiology, etc. programs. Such candidates are eligible for the Schulich Medical Scholarships, the Western Scholarship of Excellence, and the Schulich Leader Scholarship, among others.

Alternatively, every interested applicant must provide evidence of language proficiency via IELTS, TOEFL, MELAB, CAEL, and DET scores.

Memorial University of Newfoundland Faculty of Medicine Scholarships

The Faculty of Medicine at the Memorial University of Newfoundland accepts IELTS, CAEL, C1, C2, CanTest, MET, DET, PTE, and TOEFL scores for scholarships for undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate MD programs, as well as joint MD programs in fields such as anesthesia, emergency medicine, general surgery, radiology, etc.

International and domestic candidates may apply for the Bartellas Family Award for Innovation in Medicine, the William Bavington Rural/Community Visit Award, the Ginny D. Blundon Memorial Award, the Donald Cant Essay Award, and other awards.

University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine scholarship

The University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine is an additional prestigious medical school that provides merit-based scholarships to students enrolled in medical sciences, physiotherapy, global health, etc. Eligible candidates pursuing undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees in the aforementioned fields may apply for the Dr. R. Neil Beck Memorial Scholarship, the Reuben Brant Scholarship in Medicine, the Arthur Lyle Bell Memorial Scholarship, and the College of Medicine First-Year Student Award, among others.

However, IELTS, TOEFL iBT, CAEL, C1, DET, and PTE scores are required for University of Saskatchewan College of Medicine scholarships.

University of Alberta Faculty of Medicine Scholarships

Applicants can apply for the available scholarships for the MD, Medicine, and MD/Ph.D. programs. Applicants may also pursue degrees in anesthesia, cell biology, emergency or family medicine, etc.

International and local candidates can obtain the Aboriginal Health Awards, International Admission Scholarship, Gold Standard Scholarship, resident’s International Distinction Scholarship, etc. by submitting TOEFL iBT/PBT, IELTS, PTE, CAEL, and MELAB scores.

Temerty Faculty of Medicine Scholarships

The Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto has announced a number of prestigious scholarships for students enrolled in MD, MD-PhD, and postgraduate medical education degree programs in a variety of medical disciplines. Applicants may apply for the Yvonne de Buda Memorial Admission Scholarship, the Fulford Scholarship, the Laszlo Miklos Kindler Scholarship, the Saul Raxlen Memorial Scholarship, and the Drs. Ann and Carl Witus Awards, and others.
In the meantime, the Temerty Faculty of Medicine accepts the IELTS, TOEFL, C1/C2, CAEL, CanTest, DET, ELDA, COPE, GCSE/IGCSE, GCE, AICE, and IB scores for language exams.

UBC Canada Faculty of Medicine Scholarships
